About Me
I am a passionate, driven, and ambitious individual. Having spent my first 5 years of my career on a Service Desk environment, I developed great problem-solving skills and a great core understanding of a wide range of technologies used in the industry today which I find hugely beneficial in my role as part of the Global Technology Team.

After a short break from employment with Six Star Global, I returned to the company in March 2019 to take up a role in the Global Technology team.
Since 2016, I have worked for two different Managed Services Providers in the hospitality industry, in this role my knowledge has grown, and my skillset has improved at a high rate. Starting as a Service Desk Analyst to gain industry knowledge, I have worked my way up through the ranks quickly – to becoming a Field Services Engineer then a Field Services Manager to eventually working with the Global Technology team. It is here I believe I have a great deal to offer, as I never back down from a challenge and enjoy planning and implementing new environments, solutions, and technologies.
Whilst working with the Global Technology team, I have taken part in several projects refreshing Hotel’s equipment ranging from Servers to Cabling, improving the standards at each hotel bringing them in line with modern day standards. I have also completed Exchange to Office 365 Migrations, Working daily on the backups; antivirus; and have recently undertaken the task of moving to a new RMM platform, which involved configuring it, testing it and ensuring it was ready to go.
Day-to-day work involves Support tasks, Project work and also daily maintenance – whether it be checking backups or alerts from our RMM platform.

Building, Maintaining and Migrating Remote Monitoring and Management Tools.
Daily Backup Checks and Maintenance
O365 Management and Administration including Licensing, Registering New Domains, Setting up Multi Factor Authentication
Spam Management including implementing SPF, DKIM, DMARC and ATP policies

• Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Support to over 2000 Users Worldwide with over 400 based on site.
